Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

IndieHouse is in a closed preview. By accessing it you agree to these terms. They will be finalized before public launch.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content & rights

You retain all ownership of the films, listings, and other content you put on IndieHouse. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and stream that content solely to operate the platform and the features you use (e.g. showing your premiere to ticket holders). You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.

Payments

Tickets, festival entry fees, passes, and marketplace transactions are processed by Stripe. Fees, splits, and refund terms for each feature are shown at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Acceptable use

  • Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful.
  • Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Don't misuse other members' content, data, or contact information.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Preview disclaimer

During the closed preview the service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. Don't rely on it as your only copy of important materials.
